DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania — hybrid work with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: €3,500–€5,000 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience

hirify.global is growing its DevOps team and developing dedicated cloud infrastructure for secure, scalable, and reliable production environments.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support the reliability, scalability, and security of production environments.
• Build tools and processes that help engineering teams ship faster and more reliably.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors across the technology stack.
• Improve alerting and logging to anticipate, prevent, and respond to operational issues.
• Own initiatives from issue discovery through solution implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience in DevOps engineering.
• Experience with AWS, especially EKS and RDS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, and related tooling.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to work from the Vilnius office 4 days per week.
