DevOps Engineer (Cloud/Kubernetes)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; the team is based primarily in Vilnius. Work from almost anywhere is available for up to 20 days per year.

Salary: €3,500–€4,000 gross monthly

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated build, deployment, and operational processes.
• Manage and evolve cloud and container-based infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code to improve repeatability and reduce manual effort.
• Support and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Partner with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, improve observability, and drive automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or OCI and container environments such as Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python.
• Experience with source code management and continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Ability to work with the primarily Vilnius-based team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience supporting business-critical or highly available systems across multiple environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and database administration.
