Salary: $141,100 - $264,500

What you will do

• Develop and maintain core backend services including user authentication, authorization, and data infrastructure
• Design generalized platform solutions to solve cross-product challenges
• Build and optimize data pipelines, ETLs, and data models powering compensation intelligence
• Lead large, complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to enable enterprise-grade software delivery

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with presence in San Francisco and regional hubs
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong product intuition and systems thinking
• Experience with data infrastructure, pipelines, and modeling; ML/AI platform experience is a plus
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in ambiguous environments
• English: Proficient (B2) or higher
