What you will do
- Own the People Data and Systems ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance, and Engagement tools.
- Define and drive the People Systems strategy and roadmap, selecting and optimizing technology solutions that scale with business growth.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all People data and systems, managing integrations, configurations, data architecture, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain a unified People data model and reporting suite as the single source of truth for workforce insights.
- Establish robust data governance, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR), ensuring secure and ethical use of People data.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through dashboards, analytics, and data storytelling, informing decisions on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR, or related People Data roles, with proven ownership of data infrastructure and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn complex datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with HR technologies (e.g., HRIS) and a solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and system configuration.
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and strong capability in using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
- Commitment to data integrity, privacy, and compliance, with an understanding of GDPR and best practices in governance.
- Experience operating in fast-paced or scaling environments, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
