What you will do

• Own and maintain the People Data and Systems ecosystem ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Define and drive the People Systems strategy, selecting and optimizing scalable technology solutions.
• Manage data architecture, integrations, configurations, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop unified data models and reporting suites for workforce insights.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards such as GDPR.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data structures and automate reporting.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany
• 5+ years experience in People Analytics, HRIS, or related roles with data infrastructure ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR technologies and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Commitment to data integrity, privacy, and GDPR compliance.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments across multiple regions.
