TL;DR

Global Web Analyst (SaaS/Healthcare): Analyzing and optimizing the performance of B2B websites to improve MQL generation and conversion rates with an accent on user behavior analysis and A/B testing. Location: Remote. Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Analyze and report on B2B website performance, specifically conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Manage tracking and ideation for web events using GA4, VWO, and HubSpot.
  • Conduct A/B testing and one-off analyses for major campaigns and product launches.
  • Segment audiences to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and content teams to implement data-driven tracking plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to interpret data using Looker, Tableau, or Superset.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like VWO or Optimizely.
  • Legal right to work in your country of residence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hotjar or Clarity.
  • Experience with Search Console or SEO tracking tools.
