Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and improving multiple fintech products including the Zable app, loans website, and card products with an accent on user research, prototyping, usability testing, and maintaining a consistent design system. Location: Hybrid in London with remote work allowed on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product visions, goals, and key features
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Maintain and evolve the design system ensuring visual consistency
• Work closely with developers to implement features and optimize user experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or startup environments
• Experience designing for mobile apps
• Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to own product design areas and collaborate effectively
• English language proficiency at least B2
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London with some remote days
