Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Working on multiple products including the Zable app, hirify.global loans website, and Zable card and loan products in the US, focusing on enhancing user experiences. Focus on conducting user research, creating prototypes, and maintaining a consistent visual language across the design system.

Location: Hybrid in London. You can work from home every Monday and Friday if you wish - on the other days we all come together IRL to be together, build and exchange ideas.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product visions, goals, and key features.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Maintain a consistent visual language and ensure design system adherence.
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and optimize user experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Product Design experience, preferably at a fintech or startup.
• Has mobile app experience.
• Customer-centric and a problem solver.
• Has a solid design process reaching from discovery to implementation.
• Friendly and approachable, able to give and take feedback well and is happy to collaborate and contribute to our growing team of Product Designers!

Nice to have

• Experience with UX writing.
