What you will do

• Perform data analysis, profiling, measurement, and identify improvements.
• Create and maintain data visualizations, including architecture definition, implementation, training, and support.
• Present data findings as compelling, clear, and actionable stories.
• Lead and facilitate workshops for key stakeholders.
• Develop performance management frameworks, including defining and ensuring measurable KPIs.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards to drive stakeholder decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience presenting analysis and visualizations to communicate complex messages.
• Experience as a lead within a team or delivery.
• Ability to provide tactical and strategic recommendations, applying innovative problem-solving.
• Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL.
• Experience designing and building complex reports/dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAS.
• Experience with tools including Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, and Google Analytics.
• Good influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of technical concepts and their fit into the wider technical landscape.
• Experience working within an agile development team.
