What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational cadence of high-frequency live events and content drops.
• Manage live calendars and ensure event readiness across multiple teams.
• Build and communicate complex dependency chains to align cross-functional teams.
• Optimize JIRA workflows and coordinate release pipelines and change requests.
• Drive incident response and facilitate postmortems to improve operational stability.
• Evaluate and refine processes to support fast-paced content cadence and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona or Sevilla, Spain
• 5+ years of live operations or production experience in live service games or digital products.
• Advanced JIRA skills including workflow creation and cross-team coordination.
• Strong incident and change request management experience.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable and service reliability tools like Datadog or PagerDuty.
• Experience with mobile free-to-play games at scale.
• Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, and real-time analytics.
