TL;DR

Senior Technical Lead Manager (IT Engineering): Leading and mentoring an IT Ops Engineering team, while building automation and integration solutions with an accent on technical excellence, collaboration, and meaningful innovation. Focus on designing clean, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions that eliminate repetitive work and improve IT maturity.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (2 remote days/week, 1 remote week/quarter)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow an IT Ops Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and feedback-driven culture.
  • Align team strategy with company objectives, building roadmaps for scalable architectures and immediate value.
  • Design and implement robust automation and integration solutions within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Champion agile "build it and run it" mindset, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Passion for developing people and balancing management with hands-on technical work.
  • Experience in IT engineering or platform teams with knowledge of Okta, Workday, Workato, Python, APIs, Jamf, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Ability to clear blockers, facilitate decisions, and find creative solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Clear, effective communication in English (written and verbal).
  • Problem-solving mindset, bias for action, and user-first approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity lifecycle automation and governance frameworks.
  • Background in SRE or DevOps practices applied to IT operations.
  • Experience scaling IT engineering teams in high-growth, international environments.
