What you will do
- Create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts from inbound and outbound activities to meet sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
- Align hirify.global’s roadmap with customer business challenges
- Analyze and prioritize accounts in large volumes
- Engage cross-functional partners to drive deals forward
- Leverage in-person meetings and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
- Experience in structured sales or outbound programs
- Proven success in closing sales for SaaS businesses
- Ability to manage high volume sales cycles (1-3 months)
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience selling to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design teams)
- Ability to succeed in changing environments
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
