What you will do

• Build next-generation observability platforms handling billions of active time series and petabytes of logs daily.
• Manage infrastructure across nearly 100 cloud regions to monitor product reliability.
• Develop advanced workflows to accelerate incident diagnosis using hirify.global’ data intelligence platform.
• Uplevel monitoring and reliability practices by developing opinionated tools for logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, and oncall rotations.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the observability community.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mountain View, California, USA
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of production experience in Go, Python, Java, Scala, Rust, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and driving large projects involving multiple teams.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability infrastructure, monitoring patterns, and reliability practices.
