What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Pre-Sales Systems Engineers and SE Managers across a large geographic region.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute regional growth strategies and forecast pipeline.
• Develop and maintain resources to meet and exceed sales goals while supporting customer and partner needs.
• Mentor and coach team members, ensuring individual development plans and goal alignment.
• Build strong partnerships internally and with regional alliance and channel partners.
• Preserve and promote company culture and values during organizational growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States with willingness to travel regularly.
• 15+ years of experience in a field Pre-sales position with direct management responsibilities.
• Proven experience supporting rapid organizational growth and achieving significant revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain high accountability and integrity.
