What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Systems Engineers, ensuring consistent productivity and results.
• Align Systems Engineering activities to sales priorities and regional business plans.
• Guide teams through complex technical and customer challenges, serving as a technical escalation point.
• Ensure teams can position data resilience for cloud, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and internal teams, and build relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading professional teams in pre-sales systems engineering or solutions architecture.
• Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure and data-centric technologies.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
