Requirements

• 15+ years of Lustre development leadership experience.
• Recognized expertise within the Lustre community.
• Proven track record in building and leading technical teams.
• Ability to recruit Lustre developers.
• Experience in commercializing file products from inception to completion.
• Ability to present technical concepts and industry updates to senior leadership.
