What you will do

• Own and drive feature delivery managing production timelines and execution for pods or features.
• Lead cross-functional squads including designers, developers, artists, QA, and PMs to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Optimize production processes, rituals, tooling, and sprint structures to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Contribute to planning and execution of soft launch and live operations collaborating with product, analytics, and design teams.
• Maintain production visibility, manage risks, and champion transparency across teams.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in mobile game production, especially live games.
• Experience shipping and scaling at least one mobile title from soft launch to live.
• Strong agile practices and hands-on delivery management of pods or squads.
• Proactive mindset for process implementation and resolving blockers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
