What you will do

• Own the full planning and execution strategy for a major project pillar, defining workflows, milestones, and quality expectations.
• Lead and mentor Senior Producers and Producers across multiple domains within the assigned pillar.
• Coordinate with Directors and the Executive Producer to align pillar priorities with the overall product vision.
• Manage co-development partners, ensuring external workflows and integration points meet studio standards.
• Drive decision-making regarding scope, trade-offs, and delivery approaches to resolve high-impact risks.
• Provide structured reporting and maintain transparency across Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Producer leading large discipline-led or multi-domain feature teams.
• Strong strategic planning and risk management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams toward successful milestone delivery.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills when working with Directors and external partners.
• Deep understanding of player needs and system integration within a AAA game environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brighton, UK (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience delivering large-scale AAA systems or features.
• Familiarity with distributed teams and multi-studio development pipelines.
• Expertise in production process design and methodology.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring Senior Producers.
