Location: Remote (Company based in Ukraine)

What you will do

  • Define and clarify project requirements and scope in collaboration with stakeholders and the Product team.
  • Develop and manage project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional development teams from idea generation to in-game implementation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create estimates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Support the product team in prioritizing tasks, bugs, and design iterations based on feedback.
  • Contribute creative ideas to game design and product development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar producer role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the iGaming industry.
  • English: Advanced (C1) level is a MUST.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in everyday work is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Ability to maintain schedules across multiple teams and budgets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking.
  • Experience with slot games development.
  • Ability to generate and document original game design ideas.
