What you will do

• Oversee the quality and delivery of all studio projects from inception to completion.
• Manage financial and operational profitability, including budgeting, resource tracking, and scope control.
• Lead, mentor, and strengthen the production team to maintain excellence in an expanding environment.
• Manage high-level communication with clients, studio heads, and internal senior management.
• Collaborate with the Direction committee to identify growth opportunities and improve studio management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in AAA game production with at least 2 shipped AAA console titles.
• Deep understanding of the games industry and proficiency in proprietary development tools.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and leading teams of senior/executive leadership.
• Expert knowledge of SCRUM and Agile project management practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex production issues under pressure.
• English: Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
