Salary: $150,000–$168,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify and evaluate AI automation opportunities and drive solution design.
• Design and deliver AI strategy roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure delivery excellence and operational rigor for automation programs.
• Establish and grow Intelligent Process Automation capabilities in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and manage client relationships.
• Manage project P&L and guide client investment choices.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
• Extensive experience leading AI automation opportunity identification, evaluation, and solution implementation on cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP) or IPA tools (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform/Co-pilot, Python).
• Proven management experience leading and executing global automation programs involving Smart Data Intake, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Demonstrated operational rigor, business acumen (Insurance industry experience a plus), leadership, influencing, communication, and financial acumen.
• Strong client management skills, multi-geo experience, and ability to collaborate in virtual, matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as per engagement requirements.
