What you will do

• Lead all online marketing operations.
• Innovate and creatively drive the success and profitability of the e-commerce store.
• Lead and develop the in-house marketing team of 8 members.
• Prepare for progression into a CMO position within 12 months due to planned internal restructuring.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a Senior Marketing role (Head of Marketing or above)
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Experience working with e-commerce.
• Experience working with premium products.
