Location: Berlin (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 per annum + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Identify and source high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube to expand the partnership network.
• Lead outreach and build genuine, long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and MCNs.
• Own the full negotiation process, including pricing, deliverables, and contracts.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end from briefing through to go-live and performance review.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS) to iterate and optimize strategy.
• Maintain a structured creator database and collaborate with Performance Marketing and Creative teams.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats, trends, and conversion drivers.
• Proven experience in negotiating directly with creators or agencies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in Berlin for full-time office presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator tools such as Modash or Grin.
• Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition.
• An existing network of creators that can be leveraged.
