What you will do

• Oversee development and enhancement of platform features using Typescript & React.
• Drive technical excellence and interpret complex data to guide decision-making.
• Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to define the roadmap and ensure a smooth development process.
• Lead the team in solving challenging technical issues and maintaining best development practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in solving performance issues and optimizing technical solutions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, leading teams to innovate and work autonomously.
• Experience developing tools for enhancing developer experience (e.g., CLI, SDK).
• Skilled in JavaScript (Node.js, React) and have experience working in cloud environments.
• Understand design patterns, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and have experience applying Test Driven Development.
• Passion for privacy, security, high-performance systems, and strong communication and leadership skills.
