What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of alternative payment methods, from research and planning through integration, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Define requirements, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new payment method integrations.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, callbacks, payment flow architecture, technical solutions, and release coordination.
• Monitor success rate, conversion, latency, declines, and transaction errors; investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Evaluate payment opportunities, market trends, provider capabilities, consumer behavior, and technical complexity.
• Create documentation and launch materials while coordinating Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, product delivery, or a related field; 6+ years for the Senior Specialist level.
• Strong understanding of online payment mechanisms, payment flows, settlement, notification systems, and API integrations.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams and contributing to technical solution design.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving technology environment.
• Strong AI-driven mindset and curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
