What you will do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of Alternative Payment Methods from research to optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure robust integrations.
• Analyze payment performance metrics and drive platform improvements.
• Maintain expertise on global payment trends and regulatory requirements.
• Develop internal documentation and support go-to-market efforts.
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in payments, fintech, or related fields (6+ years for senior level)
• Strong understanding of online payment mechanisms and API integrations
• Proven experience partnering with engineering on technical solution design
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
