What you will do

• Support successful platform launches and guide customers through integration and development phases.
• Advise on architecture and functional choices via presentations and design workshops.
• Identify and resolve design or implementation issues and risks.
• Serve as technical liaison between customers and product teams, channeling feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to diverse environments.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous learning on product updates.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, England, United Kingdom
• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Web Development, or Business.
• 2 to 4 years experience in consulting, ecommerce, or project management.
• Strong customer-facing skills engaging diverse stakeholders including C-suite.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and designing technical solutions for SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as JSON, XML, CSV, Responsive Design, and Restful APIs.
• Fluency in English required
