What you will do

• Collaborate with senior teams and external partners to align technical direction and deliverables.
• Own engineering tasks and resolve complex technical issues within your domain.
• Design integrations between applications, databases, and platforms to deliver business solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain production software following best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share domain knowledge.
• Advocate engineering best practices including testing, scalability, observability, and incident readiness.

Requirements

• Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years (Master's) or 8+ years (Bachelor's) professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in Java and related technologies with system design skills.
• Experience with cloud and scalable distributed systems.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-team integrations.
• Ability to justify technology choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in decentralized or distributed teams.
