What you will do

• Participate in the overall system design and development of the hirify.global Gold platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams on system modernization.
• Drive technical design reviews and implementation strategies.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and automation testing.
• Analyze and resolve critical system issues to ensure platform stability.
• Migrate existing legacy systems to new, scalable technology stacks.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related technical fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Java-based e-commerce core system design and implementation.
• Proven experience in building highly scalable and high-availability online systems.
• Hands-on experience with JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and Java profiling.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, specifically MySQL and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Experience in implementing automation and performance testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with major public cloud services, especially AWS.
• Deep understanding of GC mechanisms.
