What you will do

• Lead the research and implementation of the hirify.global Gold core automation system.
• Collaborate with Product and partner teams to define business and technical requirements.
• Drive technical design reviews and ensure high-quality implementation across the team.
• Develop robust, high-quality code supported by comprehensive unit and automation testing.
• Identify and resolve critical system issues to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate on migrating existing systems to a modernized technology stack.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Java-based core system design and implementation for E-commerce.
• Proven experience building highly scalable and high-availability online systems.
• Hands-on experience with JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and GC mechanisms.
• Strong proficiency in database systems, specifically PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
• Experience implementing test automation and performance testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with major public cloud services, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with Java profiling tools.
