What you will do

• Design and build low-latency, event-driven trading systems.
• Develop real-time market data pipelines and exchange connectivity.
• Build order execution systems and internal messaging infrastructure.
• Design and integrate trading strategies into production to directly contribute to PnL.
• Optimize performance across the full stack, including application, OS, and network layers.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or operating production low-latency systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java (preferred) or C++ in performance-critical environments.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, threading models, memory management, and cache efficiency.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP) and latency trade-offs.
• Experience with high-performance messaging frameworks such as Aeron or Chronicle Queue.
• Hands-on experience with production trading or exchange systems (market data, OMS, risk systems).

Nice to have

• Experience with binary protocols (e.g., Simple Binary Encoding).
• Experience in crypto markets, HFT, or market making environments.
• Exposure to cross-exchange trading or arbitrage systems.
