TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (AI): Driving the 0→1 strategy and product vision for hirify.global's Enterprise Service Management business, powered by AI agents and integrated with hirify.global’s Work Graph, with an accent on defining the 3-year product strategy, differentiation through AI, and establishing market dominance. Focus on building and launching an AI-native MVP, validating pain points with customers, and driving cross-functional GTM for a scalable product.

Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office)

Salary: $297,000–$403,000

What you will do

  • Define the 3-year product strategy and vision for hirify.global’s Enterprise Service Management (ESM) business, leveraging AI agents and automations.
  • Engage deeply with customers to validate pain points, co-develop workflows, and translate insights into iterative roadmaps.
  • Build and launch an AI-native Minimum Viable Product (MVP), collaborating with engineering, design, and UXR.
  • Drive cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with Sales, Channel, PMM, and CS for positioning, pricing, and onboarding.
  • Operate with high velocity, breaking down ambiguous problems, shipping iteratively, and learning from real usage in a 0→1 environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated success in building AI-driven platforms, automation systems, service workflows, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven 0→1 builder experience, comfortable with ambiguity and operating with urgency and resourcefulness.
  • Strong technical systems thinking, able to go deep on architecture, flows, and tradeoffs with engineering.
  • Customer-centric approach, skilled at translating qualitative insights into sharp product decisions.
  • Commercially and GTM savvy, comfortable with customer pitches, channel partner discussions, and pricing.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with crisp writing and clear storytelling.
  • Growth mindset and AI-first thinker, eager to leverage emerging technologies.
