What you will do

• Support web content development and design projects.
• Build PPC landing pages and optimize key lead generation pages on hirify.global web sites.
• Assist with design and UX efforts, ensuring brand standards are met and designs are scalable.
• Support web optimization efforts using A/B testing, user research, and best practices.
• Assist with analytics projects to monitor traffic, funnel conversion, and ROI.
• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, and GEO/AEO).

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in web site management and a CMS.
• Experience in site performance analysis and web analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and management/optimization of digital marketing channels.
• Strong project management skills with a team player mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
