What you will do

  • Manage bids from early presales through to submission, coordinating teams and timelines.
  • Lead answer planning and facilitate bid workshops to ensure high-quality responses.
  • Oversee bid governance, qualification processes, and commercial components of submissions.
  • Maintain and improve bid content libraries and social value integration.
  • Contribute to the bid community of practice and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid with part-time remote.
  • Experience in bid or presales environments with proposal writing and team coordination.
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and take ownership of problems.
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B technology services or business process outsourcing.
  • Experience working in the UK public sector.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and digital transformation.
  • Experience planning and delivering workshops.
  • Knowledge of social value initiatives.
