What you will do

• Develop and own core financial models for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain analysis and projections for various business aspects, including headcount and infrastructure costs.
• Lead special projects related to corporate finance and accounting for C-suite and VPs.
• Help develop scalable processes and well-defined metrics for leadership.
• Independently identify areas needing analytical support and drive clarity in critical decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of strategic finance / FP&A experience at a growth-stage startup
• At least 2 years of banking or financial planning experience at a top-tier firm
• Experience in building financial analysis and implementing processes for improved visibility.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, growth, and operations teams.
• Ability to take ownership and execute on ambiguous tasks with a first principles mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
