Analyst (Salesforce Data Operations)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Tuesday through Thursday at the Reforma office

What you will do

• Maintain and update Salesforce account hierarchy relationships, with attention to US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
• Investigate duplicate account and contact records using data-quality and deduplication tools.
• Research parent-child relationships and validate new account creation requests before creating accounts in Salesforce.
• Perform OFAC and sanctions screening on deals and channel-sourced opportunities before booking.
• Document hierarchy changes and deduplication actions in an audit-ready format and meet established SLAs.
• Review AI-flagged findings, escalate ambiguous or high-risk cases, and recommend improvements to data-quality workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce account and contact data model.
• Basic familiarity with OFAC and sanctions screening processes, or the ability to learn compliance-driven workflows quickly.
• Fluent English required; candidates must be based in Mexico City.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within SLAs and a controls-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Openprise, Data.com, Cloudingo, or Validity/DemandTools.
• Interest in applying AI and automation tools to data-quality or operations workflows.
