Principal Technical Program Manager (AI): Leading and orchestrating identity improvement programs across desktop, web, and mobile for Copilot Security with an accent on strengthening authentication, authorization, and account lifecycle experiences. Location: Mountain View, United States. Employees are expected to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location.

Salary: USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year (for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area); USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (typical U.S. national average).

What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate identity improvement programs across multiple client surfaces (desktop, web, mobile), aligning roadmaps with partner teams.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product managers to scope initiatives, define success metrics, and plan phased delivery.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and compliance for identity-related telemetry and signals, meeting privacy and security requirements.
• Drive execution excellence: define schedules, KPIs, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate program status, insights, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders, fostering cross-org partnerships.
• Manage program execution and stakeholder engagement across geographically distributed teams, addressing time zone challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with authentication and identity systems (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA).
• Experience defining long-term program vision and strategy for identity/security projects, with proficiency in OKRs and KPI-driven execution.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design principles and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
