Principal Technical Program Manager – Copilot Identity (AI): Leading identity improvement programs and strengthening authentication/authorization across desktop, web, and mobile clients with an accent on security, user experience, and platform scale. Focus on shaping strategy, orchestrating global execution, and ensuring every interaction meets high standards of privacy, compliance, and reliability.

Location: Expected to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if living within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S.) of that location.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (USD $188,000 – $304,200 in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do

• Lead identity improvement programs across desktop, web, and mobile clients, aligning roadmaps with partner teams.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product managers to scope initiatives and define success metrics.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and compliance for identity-related telemetry and signals.
• Drive execution excellence: define schedules, milestones, KPIs, and track progress.
• Communicate program status, insights, and blockers with leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage program execution and stakeholder engagement across geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with authentication and identity systems.
• Experience reading and/or writing code.
• Experience defining long-term program vision and strategy for identity/security projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Experience working with hirify.global’s central identity ecosystem and partner teams.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design principles and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of risk-based authentication, device-bound credentials, passkeys/WebAuthn, and related identity innovations.
