What you will do

  • Define and lead near and long-term strategic objectives and roadmaps for student debt products.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market landscape analysis to inform strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth and partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Build business cases to support investment decisions and product expansion.
  • Develop and execute targeted client engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead governance routines and create executive communications to evangelize mission and promote collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work hybrid onsite every other week.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, growth strategy, or product strategy.
  • Experience in matrixed, cross-enterprise environments and B2B product growth.
  • Financial services or management consulting background preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project leadership, and communication skills.
  • MBA or equivalent strategic training is a plus.
