What you will do

• Manage delivery of Agentforce projects acting as product owner and project manager.
• Guide customers in defining use cases and business outcomes.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery including onboarding and kickoff.
• Plan and monitor project financials, scope, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary contact.
• Drive internal initiatives to develop reusable assets and foster innovation.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience delivering AI-related Salesforce or AWS projects.
• Certified Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience in professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading projects as project manager or scrum leader.
• Proven ability to write SOWs and manage project scope.
