What you will do

  • Work with field partners and end-user customers within the US and globally to drive opportunities.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global's portfolio offerings and provide solutions.
  • Support configuration discussions, product information, and overall account support via telephone.
  • Participate in segment initiatives, including weekly forecast and opportunity management.
  • Conduct outbound calls and weekly program follow-ups with partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and data center solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
