What you will do
- Work with field partners and end-user customers within the US and globally to drive opportunities.
- Educate customers on hirify.global's portfolio offerings and provide solutions.
- Support configuration discussions, product information, and overall account support via telephone.
- Participate in segment initiatives, including weekly forecast and opportunity management.
- Conduct outbound calls and weekly program follow-ups with partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with outbound calling and prospecting.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and data center solutions.
