What you will do

• Collect, interpret, and present data to inform business decisions and product vision.
• Develop, maintain, and improve product dashboards using Tableau.
• Prepare research and reports that effectively communicate conclusions and patterns to stakeholders.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to Executive leadership using clear narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives requiring deep analytical expertise.
• Ensure high quality, validation, and documentation of all reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analytics and/or Reporting, preferably in financial services or tech.
• Proficiency in Tableau software and SQL.
• Excellent skills in Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong data literacy and ability to synthesize complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Fluent in English and French.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Proficiency in German.
