What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical, operational, and management reports to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and align with business goals.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes related to product parameters and market trends.
• Design and implement appropriate data structures for A/B testing and evaluate results for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing data governance best practices.
• Work closely with various departments, including product management, marketing, and finance, to provide analytical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics) or an advanced degree.
• At least 1 year experience in creating and maintaining analytical reports, preferably in a business or product analytics role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing data structures.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
