Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Driving a data-driven culture by uncovering user behavior, measuring feature impact, and empowering teams with insights with an accent on owning analytical frameworks for growth and optimizing "perks" features. Focus on conducting complex, deep-dive analyses across markets and cohorts and championing data-driveness through self-service dashboards and scalable data products.

Location: Hybrid setup: after 3 months in-office, work 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly. Must be located in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia.

What you will do

• Own analytical frameworks that measure and drive growth.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of "perks" features (promotions, referrals, loyalty) to optimize their performance and impact.
• Perform complex, deep-dive analyses of user behavior across different markets and cohorts.
• Effectively communicate actionable insights to management.
• Champion data-driveness by creating self-service dashboards and scalable data products.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in data analytics and visualization tools, particularly Looker or Amplitude.
• Proven, advanced skills in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of business dynamics, customer behavior, and financial metrics, preferably within a tech or banking context.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• English: B2 required.

• Familiarity with dbt.
