What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes, driving value and digitalization.
• Collaborate with senior industry executives to translate strategic visions into actionable solutions.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring world-class execution and governance.
• Lead post-sales engagement, retention, and growth of your customers.
• Identify opportunities, drive business results, and ensure client objectives are met.
• Turn customer projects into inspiring success stories, coordinating with marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a top university.
• Proven experience in consulting, customer success, account management, or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Skilled in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident in engaging with senior executives, especially in procurement.
• Prior experience in digitalization projects or enterprise software implementation.
• Language Proficiency: Native-like fluency (C2) in both written and spoken English and German.
