What you will do

  • Lead full sales cycle including territory planning, target account definition, and commercial negotiations.
  • Drive net new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Player Engagement Services.
  • Manage client relationships ensuring strong engagement and alignment with services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategy and customer objectives.
  • Leverage industry networks to create new business opportunities.
  • Report on pipeline opportunities and progress toward revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work based in Europe, specifically Spain.
  • 7–10 years sales experience selling technology services to the gaming industry.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals exceeding $10M TCV.
  • Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and data-driven execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with self-motivation.
