What you will do
- Lead full sales cycle including territory planning, target account definition, and commercial negotiations.
- Drive net new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Player Engagement Services.
- Manage client relationships ensuring strong engagement and alignment with services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategy and customer objectives.
- Leverage industry networks to create new business opportunities.
- Report on pipeline opportunities and progress toward revenue goals.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work based in Europe, specifically Spain.
- 7–10 years sales experience selling technology services to the gaming industry.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals exceeding $10M TCV.
- Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and data-driven execution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with self-motivation.
