What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing merchants.
- Plan and co-create campaigns aligned with company strategy, collaborating internally and externally.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Risks, Product, Support, Customer Care) to deliver strategic improvements.
- Provide input and ideas to grow key accounts.
- Drive the adoption of omnichannel solutions in the market.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in brand, e-commerce, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills, trend comparison, and ability to provide insights.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to present to clients face-to-face or virtually.
- English: B2 required.
