What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing merchants.
• Plan and co-create campaigns aligned with company strategy, collaborating internally and externally.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Risks, Product, Support, Customer Care) to deliver strategic improvements.
• Provide input and ideas to grow key accounts.
• Drive the adoption of omnichannel solutions in the market.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in brand, e-commerce, or retail.
• Strong analytical skills, trend comparison, and ability to provide insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present to clients face-to-face or virtually.
• English: B2 required.
