What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, managing leads from marketing and channel partners to convert opportunities into sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a key resource for channel partners, assisting them in qualifying leads and closing deals effectively.
- Develop tailored talk tracks and proposals that address customer pain points and align with hirify.global’s AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to identify and develop new opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct sales experience, selling Software as a Service (“SaaS”), preferably in UCaaS and/or CCaaS.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Relationship-building skills to effectively engage channel partners and prospects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
- Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) with a 100% on-camera presence in a dedicated remote workspace.
- Excellent internet connectivity required.
