TL;DR

Sales Account Executive II (AI): Driving revenue growth through channel-generated leads and managing the entire sales process for Dialpad’s AI-powered communication solutions with an accent on qualifying leads, closing deals, and building client-specific solutions. Focus on optimizing the sales process, collaborating with channel partners, and achieving revenue targets.

Location: This position reports to our Sales Manager and is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila Office. Able to work in a HYBRID setup. Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, managing leads and converting opportunities into sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners, acting as a resource to help them qualify leads and close deals.
  • Develop tailored talk tracks and proposals aligning with customer pain points and Dialpad’s offerings.
  • Partner with marketing and channel teams for pipeline development and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably selling SaaS in the communications space (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Able to work in a HYBRID setup in Pasig City, Metro Manila Office.
  • Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace with excellent internet connectivity.
