TL;DR

Senior GTM Talent Partner: Managing the full lifecycle of a hiring process including intake, sourcing, and offer stages while partnering with stakeholders across the Sales business with an accent on building innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence. Focus on ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey and optimizing recruitment effectiveness.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Collaborate and partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and expertise.
  • Work on projects beyond day-to-day hiring, including promoting hirify.global as an employer of choice through various channels.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and optimise the effectiveness of sourcing channels and overall progress.

Requirements

  • Talent acquisition experience, either within an agency (embedded model) or in-house within a high-growth environment.
  • Tech-savvy and able to use data to inform hiring decisions, with experience in ATS like Ashby.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Legally able to work in the specified region of the job (New York City).
