What you will do

  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through renewal to maximize product usage.
  • Develop standard onboarding procedures (SOPs) and account development plans (ADPs).
  • Monitor customer health, detect early warning signs, and proactively prevent churn.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and pinpoint expansion opportunities with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer insights and influence the roadmap.
  • Furnish leadership with actionable updates on high-impact customers and maintain expertise in hirify.global offerings.
