What you will do

  • Engage with advisors, third party administrators, and small business decision makers to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Sell Fidelity’s 401k Recordkeeping Platform and Multi-Product Solutions through a consultative sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to build and execute coordinated territory-level business plans.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on retirement benefits, integrated administration, and investment options.
  • Utilize communication and presentation skills to deliver marketing campaigns and drive demand generation.
  • Implement segmentation and client coverage models to strengthen relationships within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Location: Ideal associate location on the East Coast, USA
  • Established experience and success in consulting, sales, or financial services industry.
  • Series 7 & 63 certifications required (study time provided within 2 months of hire).
  • Excellent sales skills including rapport building, active listening, and strategic prospecting.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, Employee Benefits, or Human Resources industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with dedication to self-improvement.
