What you will do

• Determine user requirements and develop design documents with minimal oversight.
• Create and implement code for products, services, or features, reusing code where applicable.
• Break down larger work items into smaller tasks and provide estimations.
• Act as Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for on-call monitoring and incident resolution.
• Stay current with developments to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Collaborate effectively across geographies and teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be within 50-mile commute of designated Microsoft office in the U.S. for hybrid work starting January 26, 2026.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python and solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable services and platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and Azure cloud.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and across teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or 6+ years technical experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud collaboration and delivery tools.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results under deadlines.
