Bid Analyst

TL;DR

Bid Analyst: Crafting persuasive proposals and responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for custom software development and IT services with an accent on strategic positioning, technical feasibility, and commercial competitiveness. Focus on synthesizing inputs from multiple teams, writing executive-level content, and managing proposal processes to build client confidence.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end creation of proposals and RFx responses for IT and software development projects.
• Synthesize inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into client-focused narratives.
• Write and refine executive summaries, delivery approaches, and value propositions.
• Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Develop reusable proposal content and sales collateral to support presales discussions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services with proposal development.
• Outstanding English writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and engagement models like Time & Materials and Fixed-Price.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Slack is a plus.
